All Casterton residents are welcome to attend the Annual Parish Meeting and the Annual Council Meeting.

The Annual Parish Meeting will start at 19:.15

Groups and organisation within the parish are invited to bring a report to the Parish Meeting or to email one to the Clerk, who will read it out at the meeting. Any resident is free to raise any matters of concern and also to make a resolution for the Council to consider a particular issue at a future date.

The Annual Council Meeting will follow the Annual Parish Meeting. This will be a normal parish council meeting, which will also include the Election of a Chairman/Vice-Chairman of the council.
