Route 1 – shown on map in yellow
From the A683 walk along the side road to the right of the church and turn right after 100m. At the next crossroads go straight on to High Casterton and bear right into Chapel House Lane, which you follow to the entrance to the caravan site. Go straight on down a steep, narrow lane which leads to Devil’s Bridge.
Route 2 – shown on map in blue
At the end of the cars parked alongside Casterton Garage on the main road, go over the stile on the left hand side and follow the footpath across two fields then exit onto Colliers Lane via a gate. Turn left out of the gate on Colliers Lane and walk about 100m to the crossroads. Turn right at the crossroads to High Casterton. Turn right onto Laitha Lane. After about 200m, the lane turns into a bridleway which you follow to a T-junction, where you turn left and follow this bridleway to the caravan site. At the entrance to the caravan site, turn right onto a steep, narrow lane which leads to Devil’s Bridge.
Route 3 – shown on map in red
From the A683 walk along the side road to the right of the church and turn right after 100m. At the next crossroads turn right down Colliers Lane. At the end of Colliers Lane turn left. CAUTION – THIS VERY SHORT SECTION IS ON THE MAIN ROAD (A683). Immediately after the entrance to Casterton Golf Club car park, fork left onto a bridleway. Walk along the bridleway to a T-junction, where you turn right and follow this bridleway to the caravan site. At the entrance to the caravan site, turn right onto a steep, narrow lane which leads to Devil’s Bridge.
