The minutes of parish council meetings
Council meetings are open to the public and there is a public participation period whereby residents have an opportunity to raise a topic and speak for five minutes.
Members of the public may raise issues with any councillor of the parish council outside of meetings, and request the issue be included on the agenda of the next meeting.
The minutes of meetings held during the past few years are below. Please note that these minutes are draft only until approved and signed at the subsequent parish council meeting. The minutes of meetings from earlier years can be obtained from the parish clerk or by application to the County Archive Centre. Some of the older parish council meeting minutes are also available on this website.
The council tends to meet around six times per year, although the frequency and nature of our meetings during 2020 and 2021 were severely affected by the Covid 19 pandemic.
Parish council meetings
The dates of future parish council meetings will be published in advance on the main parish council webpage, with agendas also being published in advance of each meeting.
