The Casterton Village Plan team have received a long anonymous note from a concerned Casterton resident asking questions about and commenting on the recently distributed questionnaire. If the person had let us know who they were, we would have been able to address him or her directly.
In the interests of transparency and with the thought that other residents may have similar questions, the team have decided to respond to the author’s comments for the benefit of the author and any other interested parties. The team’s necessarily lengthy response can by viewed in this document.
