You may not have noticed but the village hall has been spruced up a little.
The outside has been repainted (the same colour) and the gutter and soffit board above the front door replaced.
But the biggest improvement has been to replace the large rotten timber windows in both gable ends with modern uPVC double glazed ones, which means two less maintenance items for the Trustees to worry about.
The new windows were made possible thanks to a £2000 grant from the Yorkshire Dales Millennium Trust that we are delighted to acknowledge.
