Catherine Connor and Aidan Monks will speak about the background of Lovingly Artisan, why sourdough, the benefits of sourdough and why they use ancient grains as well as their newest venture, their new mill in nearby Burneside. They will also bring along some delicious loaves to purchase on the evening.
