a talk by Sinead McCann, the site manager at Growing Well’s Sizergh farm

Sinead will talk about the work Growing Well do at their organic horticultural enterprise at Low Sizergh Farm and kitchen garden site at Tebay Services with adults who are experiencing mental ill health. They offer a range of supported, meaningful activity based around participatory work on the field and in their kitchens.
