Despite the rain, an enthusiatic group of Casterton residents gathered at the village hall on Saturday morning to officially unveil the new weathervane, which was commissioned to commemorate the reign of Queen Elizabeth II.
The weathervane was funded jointly by Casterton Village Hall, Casterton Parish Council and The Christopher Robins Trust.
Everyone enjoyed chat over coffee and cake in the hall after the official unveiling.
