The Casterton village hall committee would like to thank KI Europe for their very kind donation of new chairs and storage trolleys for the hall. Our old chairs had done sterling service over many years, but were heavy to move around and took up a lot of space when stacked. The new chairs, in a lovely range of colours, are very comfortable and easy to move around and stack, which is important for a well-used village hall. They have already been tried out at a parish council meeting and the recent seed and plant swap.
The committee was keen to find new homes for the old chairs instead of sending them to landfill and are happy to have found them all new homes at other village halls and churches in the vicinity.
